Purpose: A Journey of Discovery
You are not without purpose — you may be reading the clues separately. This guided, faith-grounded workshop gathers your design, gifts, experiences and burdens into one pattern, then turns that pattern into a purpose statement you can say and a next step you can take. Built for professionals, leaders, students and ministry teams who are ready to stop guessing.

— Recognition
You are not without purpose.
You may simply be looking at the clues
separately.
Purpose is revealed through patterns — and a pattern only
appears once the evidence is gathered in one place.
— Before and After
No forced slogan, and no promise of one perfect answer — a credible purpose direction, supported by patterns, translated into practical decisions.
— What You Leave With
Every reflection, score and decision is captured as you go, so the workshop ends with something you can read, revisit and act on.
Every exercise you complete is saved to your account as you work — your own copy of the full journey, in your words.
Gifts, burdens, formative experiences and the roles people keep handing you — read together instead of separately, so the repeated thread becomes visible.
An honest inventory of gifts, talents and skills, sharpened by a twenty-five statement self-scored assessment and its interpretation guide.
What you have been designed to do, for whose benefit, by what means, in this season — written by you, guided line by line.
Archetype and personality insight applied to real work: how your pattern tends to express itself, and what aligned work looks like for it.
A practical plan for the season you are actually in — the decision in front of you, not a five-year fantasy.

— The Journey at a Glance
A self-paced digital experience of sixty guided screens. You move at your own pace, your work saves as you go, and you can pick up exactly where you stopped.
The language of purpose — purpose, role, expression, calling, destiny — and the four biblical anchors everything else is measured against.
The design you were given, the identity lies that obscure it, an honest inventory of gifts and skills, and the formation that pain and character do in a life.
A twenty-five statement assessment turns the reflection into a score you can read, a pattern check, and a synthesis statement you can say out loud.
Career direction, aligned work, and the next faithful step — where the synthesis stops being a document and becomes a decision.

L. J. Modeste has spent nearly three decades leading people and organizations across infrastructure and energy, digital and telecom, finance, consumer and government sectors. He holds dual master's degrees in Business Management and Information Systems and has led innovation, strategy and organizational development at regional and international levels.
His deeper work has always been people: helping individuals break through confusion, rediscover purpose, and build lives governed by clarity, wisdom and intentionality. He is the author of A Cup That Overflows, and this workshop is the framework he has taught in boardrooms, on campuses and in congregations — written out in full, page by page.
This pursuit of purpose is the gateway to ultimate fulfillment — whether guiding high school students or retirees, the principles remain the same.
